Standard Web Customer Exports for WooCommerce

Standard Web Customer Exports is a simple WooCommerce export tool that helps store owners extract customer contact and billing details from orders in a selected date range. It is designed for practical use cases such as customer list building, internal reporting, order follow-up, offline processing, or importing customer data into other business tools.

The plugin adds a dedicated page in the WordPress admin area under the shared “Standard Web” menu. From this page, administrators choose a date range and select which customer fields should be included in the export. The available export columns are first name, last name, email, phone, address, city, and state.

The export is generated as a CSV file, which can be opened in spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc, or imported into compatible CRM and business systems. The plugin does not generate XLSX files and does not include a reporting dashboard. Its purpose is to produce a clean CSV export on demand.

A key feature of Standard Web Customer Exports is that it works with WooCommerce orders, not only registered WordPress users. This means it can include customers who purchased as guests, as long as their details exist on the order. For many WooCommerce stores, this is important because a significant part of sales may come from guest checkout customers who do not have user accounts.

The plugin uses the email address as the unique key. If several orders share the same customer email address, that customer is included only once in the CSV. This helps reduce duplicated rows when exporting customers who placed multiple orders during the selected interval.

Access is restricted to users with appropriate capabilities, such as administrators, shop managers, or users with page editing permissions, depending on the site’s configuration. The export action is protected with a WordPress nonce, and the plugin checks WooCommerce availability before running.

Standard Web Customer Exports is intentionally focused and lightweight. It does not sync customer data to external services, does not send emails, does not create marketing segments, and does not modify orders or customers. It simply gives administrators a quick way to export selected customer fields from WooCommerce order data.

This plugin is suitable for WooCommerce shops that need a straightforward customer CSV export tool, especially when guest checkout data matters and the default user export is not enough.
